Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Greeting cards

• Paper goods

• Custom or made-to-order items

Because many items are handmade or produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

When reaching out, please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
